Positioned within more than 50 hectares of private grounds, it offers peace, privacy, and space to spread out — ideal for those seeking a tranquil base close to the island’s north coast.
The grounds are beautifully maintained, with shaded terraces, lush gardens, and broad mountain views that stretch across the valley. A large swimming pool takes centre stage outside, edged with sun loungers and umbrellas, with a pool suite just steps away.
Throughout the grounds, there are various outdoor living areas, ranging from sunny, open terraces with endless views over the Sóller Valley to a tranquil courtyard featuring an original in-ground well as a unique highlight. For outdoor dining, there is a large, shaded dining area and a well-equipped outdoor kitchen, ideal for casual evening meals.
Elsewhere in the grounds, a private tennis court, a croquet lawn, and a children’s play area offer activities for all ages. The gardens also feature a small chapel and several seating areas that take full advantage of the tranquil hillside setting.
Inside, the villa is full of original charm, with rustic stone walls, traditional archways and timber-beamed ceilings. Common areas are generous, from the living rooms and library spaces to a games room with a pool table and a separate TV room equipped with a projector, perfect for family film nights.
The villa also offers a bright yoga studio, a well-equipped gym, and a music room complete with a baby grand piano.
Meals can be prepared by a private chef or enjoyed self-catered in one of the villa’s three kitchens — including a modern open-plan kitchen in the main house, a family-style kitchen in the separate apartment, and a well-equipped kitchenette in the pool suite.
