The island’s common areas are impressive and vast. Some highlights include a 45-metre infinity swimming pool built into the rocks, a large spa and fitness centre, and an extensive library. There are two excellent restaurants, as well as a lounge, dining room, and bar where guests can relax with loved ones. Moreover, to keep younger guests entertained, there is a large children’s playground and a play centre stocked with games and toys.
Those seeking to explore and learn about the island thoroughly can head to the Dive & Activity or Environmental Centres. At these centres, guests can immerse themselves in the island’s conservation programs, with opportunities to participate in activities like turtle monitoring and indigenous tree planting.
The 11 villas were constructed using materials harvested during the island’s rehabilitation, minimising environmental impact. Built directly on the beach and surrounded by natural vegetation, each villa allows guests to enjoy ocean views from their own little private slice of heaven. They all boast beautiful interiors and spacious terraces with private plunge pools for true relaxation.
The island’s flagship villa is the spectacular North Island Villa. Hidden away on a granite cliff on the northern side of Anse d’Est, it enjoys an elevated position with panoramic views. Measuring 750 square metres, it comprises a huge en-suite bedroom, a spacious lounge with an adjoining kitchenette, and a study.
The 10 Beachfront Villas each measure 450 square metres and comprise a master bedroom, a lounge with a kitchenette, and a study that can be converted to a second bedroom, ideal for families with children.
