Located within the ultra-exclusive One&Only Mandarina resort, Private Home 14 is a masterpiece of contemporary architecture with panoramic ocean views. Perched 118 metres above the Pacific on a dramatic jungle cliffside in the Riviera Nayarit, this luxury villa offers a private paradise with access to world-class resort amenities.
Designed by the renowned architect Rick Joy, the villa comprises four distinct pavilions connected by leafy walkways. This layout offers the perfect blend of private and communal living spaces and creates a seamless flow between the indoors and the surrounding Sierra de Vallejo jungle.
The villa’s focal point is the shimmering infinity pool, which seems to spill into the Pacific Ocean below. Lined with sun loungers & umbrellas, it’s the perfect place to while away an afternoon. Beside the pool, a bubbling infinity Jacuzzi is ideal for a relaxing soak.
On the spacious and sunny terrace, guests can enjoy convivial al fresco meals or relax on a comfy outdoor lounge, sipping a drink, warmed by a crackling firepit on cooler evenings.
Indoors, a minimalist aesthetic, combining an earthy colour palette with natural materials, creates a refined atmosphere. Hand-laid stone floors and soaring hardwood ceilings are complemented by expansive glass walls that flood the interiors with light and frame panoramic views of the ocean, flatlands, and mountains beyond.
The main living area is an open-plan room, which opens directly onto the pool terrace. One end features plush lounge seating, the other a long dining table beneath elegant lighting, perfect for dinner parties with a view. Adjoining the dining area is a chef’s kitchen, fully equipped with sleek, modern appliances.
The villa’s lower level features a cosy cinema room, perfect for relaxed evenings in, and a study for guests working remotely during their stay.
Seven spacious bedrooms are spread across the separate pavilions, all boasting en-suite facilities. Several bedrooms also feature indoor lounge areas or private terraces.
