Residenza Napoleone III is a beautifully-restored 16th century apartment in the heart of Rome. From its privileged location, guests have easy access to all the city’s iconic sites.

Guests reach the apartment via a grand marble staircase, lined with antique marble busts of past Roman Emperors, creating an opulent and luxurious feel even before entering. The apartment is then accessed through massive wooden doors and an elegant arcade of Doric columns.

Once inside the two-bedroom, split-level apartment, it is clear that the careful restoration and renovations have returned the apartment to its original splendour, offering guests the best of a classical Roman Palazzo with all modern conveniences.

The apartment consists of spacious rooms adorned with original antique furnishings, large oil paintings, 16th century tapestries, hand-stencilled walls and elegant parquet flooring.

The Yellow Room is the living room, sumptuously furnished with an antique sofa, table and chairs, along with a large and ornate fireplace. There is a satellite TV with a DVD player, media library and iPod dock, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring the vibrant city.

Breakfast is served on luxurious Bulgari silver in the reception or “Green Room”, and there is also a small kitchenette where guests can make tea & coffee or light meals throughout the day.

The master bedroom is on the main floor and features a canopied king-size bed draped in illustrious silks and other fabrics, along with an adjoining powder room and an en-suite bathroom.

On the second floor is another double bedroom with a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom.
