Comprised of a seven-bedroom villa and a three-bedroom guest house, it is the ideal choice for groups of families and friends seeking a relaxed luxury retreat.
Framed by citrus groves with views stretching to the surrounding hills, the estate blends traditional island architecture with modern comfort.
A large, private swimming pool is the focus of the main terrace, bordered by loungers and umbrellas for long, sun-soaked afternoons. A series of shaded terraces wrap around the property, offering plenty of space for reading a good book or enjoying an early evening aperitif.
There is plenty to keep guests entertained, from the outdoor dining and kitchen, perfect for gathering around a feast together, to the extensive array of outdoor entertainment. Options include playing croquet or basketball, or settling in for an outdoor cinema screening. Younger guests will be kept happy with the villa’s playground and trampoline, or simply by going on adventures in the estate’s winding garden paths.
The landscaped gardens are a highlight, thoughtfully cultivated to reflect the island’s Mediterranean surroundings. Mature olive trees, fragrant lavender, and colourful clusters of bougainvillaea line the pathways, with magnolia and cypress trees amongst the rich greenery surrounding the entire property.
Inside, the villa maintains the light, bright feeling of the outdoors. An expansive skylight illuminates the entire entrance hallway, allowing sunlight to flood the space. The main house offers multiple comfortable sitting areas, a well-equipped kitchen, and an indoor dining space, ideal for cooler evenings.
There is also plenty to entertain indoors. A games room equipped with a pool table, air hockey, table football and table tennis, as well as a fully equipped gym room, will keep more active guests happy. Others may choose an evening in the cinema room or time in the villa’s hammam to completely unwind.
Seven en-suite, king-size bedrooms are housed in the main villa, including two with private balconies offering views over the estate and surrounding countryside. A further three bedrooms are located in a separate guest house within the grounds – ideal for those seeking additional privacy, including one room with twin bunk beds, perfect for younger guests. The guest house features a cosy communal lounge and a handy kitchenette.
