At the front of the property, a sparkling infinity pool overlooks the rolling landscape and imposing mountains beyond. Surrounded by an expansive deck with plenty of sun loungers, it’s the perfect place to bask in the sunshine and soak up the spectacular views. The lush lawn area is also ideal for intimate events.
An expansive courtyard garden separates the main villa from the guest house. Surrounded by lush greenery, this versatile space is ideal for a range of activities, from outdoor fitness classes to weddings and special events. Overlooking the courtyard, the expansive roof terraces provide additional space for outdoor living. One section of the terrace is designated for an outdoor cinema, complete with comfortable seating and ambient lighting—ideal for private screenings under the stars. Another section features a rooftop spin studio equipped with numerous bikes, catering to those seeking a fitness retreat or simply wanting to enjoy a spin session while taking in the beautiful surroundings.
The fitness and wellness facilities continue throughout this luxurious property. Opening out to the courtyard is a spacious yoga studio and a separate gym packed with top-of-the-rage Technogym equipment, weights, boxing pads and more. Post-workout, the Juice Bar offers a delicious range of healthy refreshments in a relaxed setting overlooking the neighbouring golf course.

The villa sleeps up to 32 guests in its 14 well-appointed bedrooms, each offering plush furnishings and en-suite facilities. The main villa features nine bedrooms across its three floors, most of which have private terraces or balconies. Additionally, there is a separate studio suite with its own living room and kitchenette, as well as a tranquil courtyard. The guest house is home to the remaining four bedrooms, all of which open onto the main courtyard.
