Villa Amancaya is a contemporary villa located on a hill at Anse des Cayes. Surrounded by lush tropical gardens, it comprises a main villa and charming guest bungalows. Sleeping up to 12 guests over the whole property, it is perfect for families or groups of friends to enjoy a relaxing break together.
The main villa boasts a large infinity swimming pool surrounded by a wooden deck. One side of the pool is lined with sun loungers, whilst the other features a sun-drenched lounge setting, perfect for taking in the ocean views, with a drink in hand. Above the pool area, the main, pergola-shaded terrace features plush outdoor sofas and a large al fresco dining table.
Surrounding the main villa are lush gardens dotted with various living spaces and a barbecue area, providing a mix of quiet and social spaces for enjoying the outdoors.
Moreover, for those keeping up their fitness during their stay, there is a poolside fitness area beneath a shady gazebo. It offers an elliptical trainer and treadmill, along with a massage table for post-workout relaxation.
Inside, a spacious living room features a large L-shaped sofa for guests to relax on and enjoy ocean views through the floor-to-ceiling windows and doors. The bright kitchen offers all the mod-cons and has a breakfast bar overlooking the garden.
Six well-appointed king-size bedrooms are spread across the main villa and separate guest bungalows. Two bedrooms in the main villa both feature spacious en-suite bathrooms and stunning ocean views, plus they share a quiet, garden-view terrace. A third, split-level bedroom at the back of the main villa is ideal for kids, as it offers a large bed on the top floor and a cosy living room on the ground floor. The remaining three bedrooms are located in separate bungalows, each with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom.
With ample outdoor spaces, bright and comfortable living areas and private rooms, Villa Amancaya is the perfect place for guests to enjoy the warm sunshine of St. Barths and take in stunning sea views.

About the area
Villa Amancaya is located on the lush, green hills of Anse des Cayes, a peaceful residential neighbourhood on St Barths’ northern coast. Its name translates to “Bay of Rocks,” and its shoreline is a beautiful, jagged mix of volcanic rock, coral fragments, and white sand.
Anse des Cayes is the heart of the island’s surf culture, with the North Atlantic providing impressive swells at its namesake beach. Yet just a few minutes’ drive from the villa, there are plenty of calmer swimming beaches, including Nikki, Flamands, and Lorient.
The island’s vibrant capital, Gustavia, is just 10 minutes away, where red-roofed buildings line a horseshoe-shaped harbour filled with superyachts. Here, guests can explore duty-free designer boutiques and enjoy world-class dining.
