The property boasts one of the largest pools in Tuscany. This heated saltwater infinity pool is lined with sun loungers and umbrellas and features hydromassage jets and a rock waterfall for the ultimate in relaxation. The sizeable poolside deck offers a tranquil setting for sunrise yoga sessions or indulgent massage and wellness treatments in the fresh country air.
There is also a poolside bar with plenty of lounge seating, where guests can enjoy a refreshing drink while enjoying views of sprawling vineyards and the beautiful countryside beyond.
The villa’s beautiful grand terrace and private, fenced grounds also make it the perfect venue for destination weddings and memorable special events. A large central terrace enjoys views of the surrounding vineyards, nearby medieval castles, and the historic towers of San Gimignano. With lounges, an outdoor dining table, and a wood-fired oven, it is the ideal space for a large family dinner or an intimate wedding reception. Adjoining the terrace is a cosy loggia that comfortably seats up to 20 guests.
Initially built in the 16th century, the farmhouse has been expertly renovated and restored, transforming it into a stunning luxury villa with a separate guest house. Meshed Wi-Fi, air conditioning and underfloor heating throughout, and a modern sound system makes the villa as comfortable as a private home.
An inviting lounge with a crackling fireplace creates a cosy space for guests to enjoy evenings in while sipping a cocktail from the antique Parisian bar. Though house and table wines are complimentary for guests during their stay, a beautiful wine cellar is stocked with exceptional vintage and prominent regional wines available for purchase.
One of the villa’s most unique features is the full Roman Spa, with its 10-person indoor whirlpool, steam room, dry sauna, and sensory shower, offering guests a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
There are eight bedrooms spread across the main villa and guest house, plus a study that can be converted to a ninth bedroom for larger groups. Each beautifully appointed bedroom features a double bed with a custom-designed mattress and luxury linens, en-suite or private bathroom facilities, and modern comforts, including blackout curtains and bedside USB ports.
