A pretty Greek villa within walking distance of beautiful Soros Beach

Villa Astir is a luxurious four-bedroom villa with a swimming pool and large terraces overlooking Soros Beach on the island of Antiparos.

After a dip in the infinity pool, guests can soak up the rays from a sun lounger, or relax in one of the many outdoor lounge areas – some with shady pergolas and others in the open air. There is a full outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and pizza oven, perfect for al fresco dining.

Amongst the beautifully-landscaped gardens is a petanque pitch and a basketball court for those looking to remain active during their stay, whilst indoors there is a well-equipped fitness room.

Indoors, a spacious and bright living room welcomes guests with plenty of comfortable seating. It leads through to an elegant dining room, perfect for enjoying convivial meals with friends and family.

Guests of all ages will be kept entertained with Satellite TV, a piano, and a games room featuring a pool table along with table football and table tennis sets.

Up to eight guests can be accommodated in four comfortable bedrooms, two with double beds and two with twins. All bedrooms boast en-suite facilities and direct balcony access.

About the area

Villa Astir is located on the southeast side of the island of Antiparos in the Cyclades. It is within walking distance of Soros Beach with its long stretch of sand and calm, turquoise waters. Moreover, Psaraliki Beach, Antiparos Town and the main port with ferries to Paros are a short drive from the property.

The island has a more relaxed atmosphere than vibrant Paros with a calmer nightlife and quieter beaches. It is perfect for nature lovers with home to the famous Antiparos Cave, known for its beautiful stalactites and stalagmites.
