Set amidst manicured gardens and lawns of the Viesca Estate, Villa Gelso is a traditional Italian villa comprised of a main house and a separate cottage, accommodating up to 22 guests with ease.
Featuring an amazing view over a breathtaking Tuscan landscape, the property boasts a shimmering pool of crystal waters, perfect for revitalising swim in the Italian sunshine, or sitting poolside on one of the loungers to top up a tan with a good book.
Outdoors there an ample terrace and barbecue area, allowing plenty of space for socialising or events. The villa also benefits from private parking, ideal for driving guests, or for visitors.
Heading into the main villa via the typical Tuscan loggia and into the main entrance hall, guests are greeted with a vast living area, featuring two French doors, opening out onto the terrace giving spectacular views of the Tuscan landscape. Beautiful high ceilings with partially exposed beams add a sense of warmth and charm to this enchanting property, and guests can relax on sumptuous sofas and enjoy the view.
On the ground floor is a fully-equipped kitchen, perfect for budding chefs, or family meals, which can be taken al fresco. For a more formal event, the dining room with elegant table seats up to ten. This room also benefits from French doors opening out onto the terrace so that guests can feel the gentle Mediterranean breeze whilst enjoying a glass of wine.
The first floor is home to an additional living room with a library area, perfect for curling up with a book in peace and quiet.
Eight double bedrooms, including a spacious master bedroom are set across the villa’s three levels. For larger groups, the guest house offers an additional three double bedrooms, as well as two large living rooms.
