The property boasts spectacular sea views, looking towards Formentera Island and the Peninsula of Porroig. With its own dock and private boats for rent, guests can explore the local area by sea as well as on land.
The villa features a stunning infinity pool and a spacious terrace with sun loungers, comfortable seating areas and a covered outdoor dining space, allowing guests to make the most of the Spanish sunshine and cool sea breezes in their own private paradise.
Originally designed by renowned local architect Luis Gascon, the villa was later extended and remodelled by internationally-recognised architect Guillermo Bañares; Bañares respected the original design concept but added his own contemporary flare and thanks to the modern upgrades, the villa is now even more luxurious and suitable for stays in any season.
With floor-to-ceiling windows, the spacious living areas are bright and airy. The living room features a hanging fireplace, perfect for snuggling up on cooler evenings. There is a fully-equipped modern kitchen perfect for cooking up a feast to enjoy at either the indoor or outdoor dining tables.
There is a home office ideal for corporate stays, or anyone needing to catch up on a few emails during their stay. The property also features Wi-Fi and Bluetooth throughout, as well as a modern entertainment system, and Smart TVs with national and international channels, and an extensive film library.
The six air-conditioned bedrooms all boast beautiful en-suite facilities, and are equipped with a Smart TV, sound system and Wi-Fi for the ultimate in comfort and convenience. Most of the rooms have sea or garden views and several have private terraces.

Villa Infinity is located in the exclusive gated community of Vista Alegre overlooking the natural harbour of Es Porroig and the island of Formentera. It’s just a few minutes away from the upscale beach clubs and chic restaurants of nearby beaches Es Cubells, Es Torrent, and Cala Jondal.
Moreover, the community is also a short drive from central Ibiza and less than 30 minutes by boat from Formentera.
