Set on the coast of Mallorca, Villa Las Madrugadas is a beautiful villa with luxury facilities and direct sea access. It offers modern facilities and five spacious bedrooms, making it ideal for a seaside getaway with loved ones.

The outdoor areas are the star here, with a 10-metre swimming pool as the focal point. Post-swim, guests can lie back on a sun lounger and listen to the waves lap at the shore just steps away. Beside the pool is a bubbling Jacuzzi, ideal for relaxing with a drink and watching as a spectacular sunset paints the sky.

The spacious terrace also features a shaded outdoor lounge, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee, and an outdoor kitchen and dining area ideal for barbecues and al fresco meals.

A wooden sauna cabin and a cosy daybed are tucked away on the lush lawns under the shade of palm trees. Active guests can also make use of the outdoor gym, which is set up with everything from a leg press machine to a rope ladder to gymnastics equipment.

Moreover, the villa features a private boat dock, perfect for taking day trips to the surrounding islands, launching kayaks and paddle boards, or simply diving into the sparkling waters.

A sunny courtyard to the side of the villa is another lovely space to relax in or enjoy a lively table tennis game.

Indoors, white walls and minimalist furnishings create a bright and spacious feel. A carefully selected art collection adorns the walls and floors, with antique pieces from Africa and Asia tastefully blended with contemporary European works.

The villa offers a beautiful lounge room with plush sofas and a cosy fireplace, perfect for cosy TV nights. There is also a separate dining room with sea views and an adjoining fully-equipped kitchen.

Within the main villa are four comfortable double rooms with en-suite facilities set across two floors. The large master bedroom boasts a private sea view terrace on the first floor. In addition, there is a fifth bedroom in a separate guest house, ideal for those seeking more privacy. Along with en-suite facilities, it features a well-equipped kitchen and a private courtyard.

With its sea access, vast outdoor spaces, and top facilities, Villa Las Madrugadas is the perfect home-from-home for a luxury break in Mallorca.

NB: There will be construction works in the surrounding area during 2024 (excluding July & August) so some noise disruption may be experienced.
