Villa Las Ondas is a contemporary oceanview villa within the prestigious Arrecife enclave of Puntacana Resort & Club. Designed with a bold brutalist aesthetic and a signature three-wave concrete ceiling, this seven-bedroom estate balances chic architectural design with relaxed Caribbean living.
Outdoors, the estate truly embraces its oceanfront setting. An expansive coralina stone terrace and lush lawns surround a 27-metre, saltwater infinity pool with luxurious in-pool sun loungers. Lining the pool are more sun loungers, plump-cushioned day beds, and beautiful, hand-carved sculptures. To ensure guest privacy, swaying palms form a natural border between the villa and the golf course beyond.
Leisurely al fresco breakfasts and relaxed barbecues can be enjoyed at the poolside dining tables. For sunset aperitifs and more formal evening meals, an outdoor lounge and dining setting beneath one of the concrete wave ceilings offers an idyllic spot.
Inside, the main living quarters showcase an expansive open-concept layout defined by soaring ceilings, clean architectural lines, and full-height glass doors. The seamless flow connects indoor lounge areas to outdoor living spaces, allowing gentle ocean breezes to flow through. Behind the lounge areas, a 14-seater dining table is the ideal space for memorable meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen.
Throughout the villa, guests of all ages can also enjoy a state-of-the-art cinema room, a separate media lounge, and a fully equipped indoor gym.
Spanning two meticulously crafted levels, connected by a private lift, are seven individually styled en-suite bedrooms. The three ground-floor suites offer step-free access with king-sized beds that open onto landscaped tropical greenery. On the upper level, the master suite serves as a private sanctuary, featuring a king bed, a spa-inspired soaking tub, and uninterrupted ocean vistas. Three additional guest rooms offer plush king or dual queen beds and balconies overlooking the ocean or golf course.
