Guests will discover a large infinity pool with a built-in Jacuzzi large enough for 10, providing a luxurious spot to unwind while soaking in the panoramic sea views. One level up, guests will find a second infinity pool offering even more space for luxurious relaxation.
Multiple terraces and seating areas are thoughtfully placed around the property, inviting guests to embrace the outdoor lifestyle and the stunning natural surroundings, whether seeking solitude or gathering together. Chic outdoor living areas, including a sunken lounge, create stylish settings for daytime relaxation and evening cocktails. An outdoor dining space, adaptable for use as a cinema, offers versatility for entertainment under the stars, whilst the barbecue area on the upper level is ideal for relaxed dining. The beautiful ‘Eye Bar’ provides an intimate setting for enjoying drinks and stunning bay views.
Indoors, Maera Maximus provides ample and luxurious accommodation with eight well-appointed en-suite bedrooms. The villa includes spacious and elegantly furnished living and dining areas, perfect for communal gatherings. There is a fully equipped central kitchen and a separate staff kitchen catering to all culinary needs. Additional indoor spaces include an office space on the main level and, on a lower level, a dedicated gym and spa area complete with yoga and strength equipment, as well as a traditional hammam. For unique entertainment, the ‘Secret World’ offers a private event venue with specialised acoustics.
On the main level, guests will find the master bedroom suite, which boasts a private plunge pool with a waterfall feature, a private terrace, and a luxurious outdoor bathtub and shower. Two more double en-suite bedrooms on this level also enjoy their own private terraces.
The next level comprises three more en-suite bedrooms, one with terrace access and two more sharing an outdoor patio area. Ascending to the top level, guests will discover two autonomous suites.
