Spanning 350 square metres, this six-bedroom sanctuary accommodates up to 12 guests, making it an exceptional haven for multi-generational families, celebrations, or private group getaways.

The villa’s spacious grounds are a vibrant tropical oasis framed by centennial olive trees, swaying palms, and manicured lawns. Guests can spend unhurried days alternating between two distinct private swimming pools: a large outdoor pool perfect for afternoon dips, and a dedicated hydro-therapy plunge pool equipped with massage jets for targeted relaxation. Shaded verandas, al fresco dining terraces, and poolside loungers provide ample space to indulge in traditional Corfiot breakfasts in the morning sun or enjoy sunset cocktails beside the water.

Just steps from the villa’s pool, a private entrance leads straight to the water’s edge, where a custom beach gazebo outfitted with comfortable sunbeds awaits. The calm, warm, and shallow Ionian waters offer ideal conditions for swimming, stand-up paddleboarding, or simply relaxing on shore with a soundtrack of gently lapping waves.

Indoors, rich teak wood floors and handcrafted furnishings meet smooth, fine Greek marble accents and native stone walls, bathed in soft, inviting light. The open-plan layout centres on a spacious living room with plush seating gathered around a cosy fireplace, a TV area, and a relaxed dining space beneath statement lighting. Sliding glass doors ensure that sea breezes, warm light, and panoramic views flow freely throughout the residence. A sleek kitchen, equipped with modern appliances, adjoins this space and opens onto the gardens.

Each of the six bedrooms is designed as an intimate private haven with an en-suite bathroom and peaceful garden or sea outlooks. The villa’s top floor is dedicated to one of two master bedrooms, which boasts a sitting area and a private balcony with sea views. The second master bedroom on the ground floor features a large private patio. The four guest bedrooms are also located on the ground floor, with a double bedroom opening onto the main terrace, another double at the rear of the villa boasting a private garden patio, plus a double and a twin room overlooking the rear gardens. From 2027, a separate bungalow will offer an additional sea-view master bedroom, ideal for those seeking extra privacy.
