Villa Marina 2 in Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica is a beautiful modern property with stunning design features and luxury facilities. The luxury villa sleeps up to 18-24 guests and boasts spectacular ocean and jungle views from its hillside vantage point, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach.
The villa features an infinity swimming pool with hydromassage jets where guests can enjoy a relaxing soak as they soak up the views. Beside the pool, there’s a shaded lounge area, a professional barbecue, a self-serve bar, and an adjoining terrace ideal for yoga sessions or sunbathing on a lounger.
On the top floor of this luxury villa is another expansive living area, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. It features a full bar, a covered lounge, a spacious rear courtyard, and a large open-air seating area for enjoying a cocktail whilst taking in panoramic views.
Indoors, there are plenty more spaces for socialising or simply unwinding. Adjoining the pool deck is a beautiful open-plan dining space and a large, fully-equipped kitchen. Off the kitchen, there’s a cosy cinema room, perfect for family film nights or keeping younger guests entertained.
Above the main living area is a cosy mezzanine where guests can enjoy relaxing massages or yoga sessions with ocean views through the floor-to-ceiling windows. This space also features a TV and audio system, allowing it to be converted into a meeting room for corporate retreats.
On the lower level is another entertainment lounge with two TVs (ideal for sports fans or gamers), a minibar, and floor-to-ceiling glass doors leading out to the quiet lower terrace.
There are nine luxurious bedrooms throughout the villa’s three floors, all with en-suite facilities – four boasting outdoor rain showers – and private balconies. Each bedroom features Egyptian coral stone wall accents, teak wood details, floor-to-ceiling glass doors leading out the balcony, and stunning original artwork. Three bedrooms are accessed internally, and three have external access via the courtyard, offering extra privacy.
Moreover, two bedrooms have sofa beds for additional guests, and the lower floor bedroom interconnects with the games room, which can sleep two children on request. In total, the villa can sleep up to 20 adults, or 18 adults plus six children.
Villa Marina 2 offers all the features expected in a luxury villa and then some. It’s ideal for a luxury holiday with family and friends or special events, whether an anniversary or birthday celebration, an intimate wedding reception, a corporate event, or a wellness retreat.

About the area
Villa Marina 2 is situated in stunning Manuel Antonio on Costa Rica’s central Pacific coast, within a 2.5-acre private rainforest reserve. The reserve is home to sloths, monkeys, scarlet macaws, toucans, and a large variety of other tropical birds.
The golden sands of Playa Playitas are less than one minutes’ drive from the villa, plus there are several more beautiful beaches within 10 minutes’ drive.
The villa is also a short distance from local spas and restaurants, as well as the Manuel Antonio National Park, which offers a plethora of activities for all ages, including canopy ziplines, parasailing, hiking, and catamaran sailing.
