Villa Mila
6 Bedrooms — 12 Guests
Modern waterfront property with heated infinity pool, private jetty and stunning interiors
Situated on the waterfront of Sumartin – a small fishing village on the Croatian island of Brač – Villa Mila sleeps up to 12 guests in style and comfort. It enjoys views across the water to the village centre of Sumartin and is flanked by the impressive Biokovo Mountains behind. The luxury property is built entirely from the famous white stone of Brač and features a traditional stone roof, however the architecture and interior design are decidedly modern.
Making the most of its waterfront location, the villa features a spacious terrace with 11 metre infinity swimming pool, along with various outdoor relaxation areas. Guests can unwind in the outdoor lounge setting or top up their tan on the sun loungers surrounding the pool. Communal feasts can be cooked up in the outdoor kitchenette and barbecue area and enjoyed at the outdoor dining table with spectacular sunsets as a backdrop.
The landscaped gardens feature mostly native plants that help to add a feeling of tranquillity and privacy to the outdoor space. For easy access to the mainland and surrounding islands, the villa boasts a private floating jetty with a boat mooring. Beside the jetty, guests have access to their own private slice of the waterfront which can be enjoyed with kayaks, paddleboards and snorkel equipment, all provided in the property.
Indoors, the villa combines local materials with furniture, artworks and design pieces from around the world. Every living space features floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing natural light to flood through the property and ensuring the spectacular views are available from every room.
On cooler evenings, guests can cosy up around the fireplace and enjoy a film or a game of pool in the lounge. For guests keeping up their fitness regime during their stay, there is a well-equipped gym, plus a sauna to ease tired muscles after a workout.
Creating a social atmosphere for meals with family and friends, the fully-equipped kitchen adjoins the dining room in an open-plan layout.
Each of the six bedrooms features en-suite facilities and a balcony or terrace, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee whilst taking in the stunning views.
With its scenic location, expansive outdoor areas, and beautiful interior design, Villa Mila is the ideal property for an island getaway in Croatia.

About the area
Villa Mila is located in Sumartin, a small fishing village on the Croatian island of Brač. The village centre of Sumartin and the nearby village of Selca are both a short drive away and offer a host of local restaurants, cafes, bars and shops.
Brač is best known for its beautiful white stone, which was used to build Diocletian’s Palace in nearby Split. Its other famous draw is the pebble beach of Zlatni Rat with its tapered cape extending out into the Adriatic.
Visitors to the island can enjoy an array of watersports from snorkelling and diving to kayaking, paddle boarding and boating.
The villa is just 20 minutes’ drive from Brač Airport (located in Bol), or can be reached via speedboat from the mainland city of Split.
