Overlooking the beautiful Lake Como and its only island – Comacina Island – Villa Molli is a modern, five-bedroom villa. Located in the charming village of Sala Comacina on the western shore of the lake, it is the ideal villa for a luxury getaway with family and friends.

Set over 3000 square metres of land, the property boasts a large infinity swimming pool and a spacious Jacuzzi, offering incredible lake and mountain views. After a refreshing dip, guests can soak up the sun from deck chairs or sun loungers set out on the various terraces.

Evening aperitifs can be enjoyed on the main terrace as the sun sets, whilst the outdoor dining and barbecue area is ideal for sociable al fresco meals.

The main terrace leads indoors through floor-to-ceiling windows into the open-plan living and dining area looking out over the lake and the surrounding mountains. The lounge area features a modern fireplace, large flat screen TV and comfortable sofas ideal for enjoying a film or simply admiring the expansive views.

The dining room seats up to 12 at its stylish wooden table, whilst the fully-equipped kitchen contains all the modern amenities needed to cook up a gourmet feast. It also features a Nespresso coffee machine and a bar area for refreshments at any time of day.

There are four modern master bedrooms and one standard bedroom, sleeping up to 10 guests, plus and additional standard room with a double sofa bed to take capacity up to 12 guests. Almost every bedroom features en-suite facilities; three of the master bedrooms have in-room showers whilst the fourth has an in-room bathtub, and all boast stunning lake views and terrace access. Each of the bedrooms also features a large flat screen TV, creating a cosy space to retreat to at the end of the day.
