Villa Nevaeh lies just steps from the beach in Long Bay, Anguilla, offering panoramic views, unbeatable facilities and top service from a full team of staff. Sleeping up to 20 guests in total, the villa comprises a five-bedroom Main House, a three-bedroom Guest House, and a stand-alone Cabana Bedroom.
One of the villa’s most impressive features is the stunning multi-level swimming pool, ideal for keeping guests of all ages relaxed and entertained. It features an infinity-edge upper pool with children’s splash area and Jacuzzi, a lower-level plunge pool, and a hidden grotto behind a waterfall.
Guests can enjoy a lively game of tennis on the lighted Astroturf court (which also doubles as a half-court for basketball), a peaceful yoga session on the ocean-view terrace, or a rejuvenating workout in the private gym with Pelotons. To get around the property, and explore the nearby village and surrounding beaches, guests have use of two road-licensed golf carts.
A gentle path leads through the private garden to the beach, where guests will find beach loungers and umbrellas, as well as water sports equipment ready and waiting. For those celebrating special occasions, a starlit beach barbecue can be arranged, complete with decorations, musicians, and even fireworks displays.
For more subdued affairs, guests can enjoy drinks on the pergola-shaded cocktail deck, dine on the spacious terrace, or relax on one of two oceanfront day beds before watching the sun set over the ocean from the beachfront deck.
The design and architecture of the villa are Balinese-inspired, featuring open-plan living spaces that make the most of natural sunlight and fresh air and an internal courtyard with a beautiful rock garden.
Indoors, there are plenty of spaces to unwind or socialise. These include a spacious living room and media lounge equipped with a 75″ TV, Xbox, karaoke machine and table football. Moreover, the guest house features a a golf simulator room, where enthusiasts can practise their game on hundreds of golf courses from around the world.
Each of the well-appointed, beautifully refurbished bedrooms in the Main House features en-suite facilities and private terraces or courtyards, with the master suite also boasting a heated plunge pool. The Guest House comprises a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace, and two guest rooms with a shared bathroom and terraces. Lastly, the Cabana bedroom features an en-suite shower room and a wrap-around deck.

About the area
Villa Nevaeh is located on Long Bay at the west end of Anguilla. It has direct access to one of the most private and pristine white sand beaches on the island, which stretches for half a mile.
Anguilla is a long, flat island with over 30 beaches, stunning coral reefs and beautiful, turquoise waters. With mild ocean temperatures year-round, the area is perfect for enjoying water sports, from snorkelling and diving to kite surfing and motorised water sports.
Motor or sail boats can be chartered to visit nearby beaches, go deep-sea fishing, or enjoy a sunset cruise. Day trips to nearby islands of St Martin or St Barth’s are also a great way to see more of the region.
On land, horseback riding, hiking, and golfing are all popular activities. The 18-hole Greg Norman signature course is within a 10-minute drive from the villa.
Anguilla boasts a vibrant dining scene and is often hailed as the culinary capital of the Caribbean. Just a short distance away is the world-renowned Meads Beach Bay, which features several upscale restaurants and top resorts.
