A secluded trail leads through the trees, directly to the golden sand and world-class surf of Playa Hermosa, allowing guests to step from morning coffee to the ocean in seconds.

The villa blends mid-century architectural cues with warm, natural tropical elements including smooth coral-tinted concrete floors, custom artisanal woodwork, and neutral, grounding tones that reflect the surrounding jungle canopy. Expansive sliding glass and timber doors frame the perimeter, allowing open-air breezes to flow through the high-ceilinged common spaces.

Expansive sliding glass doors wrap around the main living and dining areas, allowing guests to open the home to take in the refreshing sea breezes and the soothing sounds of rustling palm leaves. Alternatively, these spacious common areas can be seamlessly closed off and climate-controlled with air conditioning during the warmer tropical afternoons, offering total flexibility without compromising the vivid jungle views.

Five well-appointed bedrooms are spread across the villa’s two levels, all boasting en-suite bathrooms and jungle or garden views. These include two king bedrooms and a twin room on the first floor, and a king and twin room on the ground floor. For added indulgence, the master bedroom includes a deep soaking tub and a private balcony.

As part of the Rayo Verde estate, villa guests also have access to the estate’s shared amenities. Perched high among the trees is the estate’s elevated yoga shala, designed for morning movement, meditation, or sound healing, as well as a dedicated ice bath area.
