Located on the island of Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos, Villa Paradiso del Mar offers a luxurious beachfront experience for up to 18 guests. The villa provides the perfect mix of privacy and easy access to all that the stunning island has to offer.
The villa boasts a private beach area of over 35-metres long with sun loungers, day beds, a spacious lounge area, and a two-person massage cabana for ultimate relaxation. Guests can make the most of the calm waters with the villa’s paddleboards and see-through kayaks or enjoy family fun on the beach with a host of outdoor games from table tennis to giant Connect 4!
A vast infinity swimming pool covers over 500 square-metres. It features a lap pool, a swim-up bar with in-water seating, in-pool sun loungers, and a paddling area for children.
With multiple terraces and balconies offering an abundance of outdoor living spaces, the property is perfect for events and celebrations. Behind the beach is a spacious terrace with a bar, a shaded outdoor dining table and an outdoor kitchen and barbecue area. Beside the pool there is a sunken lounge with a fire pit, perfect for cosy chats on cooler evenings.
Just steps away from the grand entrance on the other side of the property, guests can enjoy bone fishing in the saltwater lake.
Upon stepping inside, a bright and airy atrium-style living area welcomes guests to their home-from-home. Though decidedly modern, the space is still warm and inviting due to plush furnishings and carefully curated art and design pieces.
The ground floor is also home the games room with pool table and plenty of board and card games, an office perfect for digital nomads, and an open-plan kitchen and dining area with expansive views through floor-to-ceiling windows.
Above the atrium is another bright and spacious TV lounge with spectacular views and direct access to the expansive first-floor balcony.
Across the ground and first floors and eight of the nine spacious bedrooms, all with sitting areas and either private balconies or terrace access with ocean views. Most of the rooms have en-suite facilities, though two share a Jack-and-Jill style shower room, ideal for families with children. The master suites also boast dressing rooms and large bathrooms overlooking the turquoise waters of the Caicos Banks.
The top floor features the stunning penthouse suite, which has access to the expansive roof terrace with lounge and bar areas offering 360° views of the surroundings. Indoors is a spacious master bedroom with a sitting area, a large dressing room, and an en-suite bathroom with a stand-alone bathtub, a separate rain-shower, and an outdoor shower, all offering ocean views. The penthouse also has a private lounge area with a well-equipped kitchenette, a breakfast bar, a dining table, and an ocean-view balcony.

About the area
Villa Paradiso del Mar is located in the upscale Turtle Tail neighbourhood on the south coast of the Providenciales island of the Turks and Caicos.
The villa lies on a long stretch of beach with white sand and stunning turquoise waters. Moreover, the world-famous Grace Bay and Long Bay beaches are just a short drive away. Grace Bay is known for its clear and still waters, ideal for snorkelling, paddle boarding and parasailing, whilst Long Bay is the perfect place for horse riding through the shallows.
Visitors can also enjoy golfing at the Royal Turks and Caicos Golf Club, take an ATV tour across the island, fish in the wetlands, take a whale-watching cruise, or hire a boat to explore the surrounding islands and reefs filled with a myriad of wildlife.
