Tucked into the cliffs of Arienzo, just beyond the bustle of Positano, Villa Pasitea is perfectly positioned for those seeking space, stunning views, and direct access to the waters of the Amalfi Coast.
The villa’s gardens and terrace are ideally situated on the hillside, lined with mature olive trees and lush native greenery, and offer ample space to spread out. A covered outdoor lounge and dining area provides a cool, inviting spot for long lunches or evening drinks, while the expansive terrace offers both sun and natural shade beneath the trees throughout the day. A barbecue and wood-fired oven sit nearby, forming a casual outdoor cooking area ideal for relaxed dining together.
Another great highlight is the villa’s private sea deck, reached via a cliffside staircase. This multi-level deck is built into the rock face, featuring sun loungers and ample space for sunbathing, as well as the perfect platform for jumping straight into the clear blue water. It’s a fantastic way to enjoy the coast, far from the crowds and beach clubs. Back up at the villa, there is also a table tennis set and a series of quiet corners tucked among the trees, lending the gardens a sense of privacy.
Inside, the villa is airy and understated, with whitewashed walls, arched entryways and large windows that draw the views in. The two living areas and dining spaces are open-plan, comfortably furnished and carefully decorated with a calming coastal aesthetic that achieves a lovely sense of a home-from-home. The adjoining dine-in kitchen is modern and well-equipped, with a more traditional design, which contributes to the comfortable, homely atmosphere apparent throughout this villa.
There are six double bedrooms split between the main house and an independent guest house. Four en-suite rooms are located in the main villa, including the generous master suite, which boasts sea views, a walk-in wardrobe, and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower. The other three bedrooms in the main villa all enjoy calming sea views, with two of them also benefiting from direct terrace access. The remaining two rooms are located in the guest house, both featuring private bathrooms and access to a sea-view balcony. All the bedrooms are simply furnished, leaving them with a calming, refreshing, and comfortable feel, perfect for resting heads after a day exploring the beautiful surrounding area or spending time by the sea.
