Outside, sun loungers and umbrellas surround a 12-metre swimming pool, which includes a shallow children’s pool on a lower level. For those seeking true relaxation, there is a sauna cabin with stunning views, as well as a bocce court offering entertainment for all ages.

Each level of the villa features terraces and balconies, offering ample outdoor living and dining areas. The garden terrace, just off the kitchen, features a barbecue and an al fresco dining table, making it ideal for relaxed breakfasts in the shade. The middle balcony boasts panoramic views of the lake, complete with outdoor lounge chairs and a six-seater dining table. Lastly, the top-floor terrace features two eight-seater dining tables, making it an ideal setting for dinner parties with a stunning backdrop.

Inside, the villa features clean lines and open-plan living spaces, complemented by large windows that blur the boundaries between the interior and the surrounding landscape, maximising natural light. Additionally, the villa is adorned with period pieces that add charm and historical interest, including original 1960s tiles and washbasins in the bathrooms, as well as vintage furniture that has been thoughtfully curated throughout the space.

An entrance hall with warm woods and soft curves welcomes guests inside the villa. The main floor features a living and dining area, highlighted by a curved wall lined with windows offering panoramic views. Comfortable, colourful seating along the windows provides ample space to enjoy the scenery. Additionally, there is a sunken lounge with a fireplace, perfect for cooler evenings. An original 1960s dining table, a vintage bar, and chic designer lighting all contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. Adjacent to the living area is a fully equipped kitchen, featuring bespoke cherry wood cabinets and a large kitchen island, ideal for preparing delicious meals.

A stunning spiral staircase leads guests down to the second living room on the middle floor. This room features another sitting area with a view, a six-seater dining table, and a well-equipped kitchenette.

Six well-appointed bedrooms sleep up to 12 guests. Most rooms feature en-suite facilities and flexible bed configurations, with either king or twin-sized beds. In addition, up to two children may be accommodated on sofa beds, on request.
