A shaded pétanque pitch surrounded by lush lawns and carefully tended gardens is ideal for friendly competition. A true highlight of the villa is its private path, which leads directly to Sylvabelle Beach, a quiet cove just minutes away.
At the heart of the grounds is a 16-metre heated pool, complete with an in-pool sunken lounge with a cosy fire pit, perfect for sunset drinks. Sun loungers and umbrellas line both sides of the pool, providing ample space to soak up the sun after a refreshing swim. The poolside lounge offers a sunny area to catch up with loved ones, while the adjacent outdoor kitchen, complete with a barbecue area, is perfect for casual dining by the pool.
Ensuring relaxed living, whatever the weather, a covered pool house with open, floor-to-ceiling windows allows for a seamless transition between indoors and out. The pool house offers plush sofas, a long, wooden dining table, a table football set to entertain all ages, and a convenient kitchenette.
The villa’s name, “Reine,” meaning “Queen” in French, perfectly encapsulates its regal stature. Spanning a generous 640 square metres, the interiors are bright and modern. The main living area is situated on the first floor and features floor-to-ceiling windows that allow light to flow through. The space comprises a vast, open-plan lounge and dining room, and a family-style kitchen with a breakfast bar.
