Built on a dramatic hillside, Villa Ultima Corfu is one of the most luxurious properties on the popular Ionian island. Set over 1000m² with split level terraces and lawns winding all the way down to the crystal-clear waters, the villa offers privacy and tranquillity, whilst still being within easy reach of the island’s lively hot spots.
A discreet roadside entrance leads through to a peaceful courtyard, with Indian-style archways and water features. However, it’s when guests make their way to the back of the property, that the villa’s sheer scale and opulence become clear. Guests are greeted by 180-degree views over glistening waters and a magnificent two-tiered swimming pool, connected by a waterfall spilling from one terrace to the next.
Surrounding both pools are plenty of sun loungers for soaking up the rays and shaded lounge areas, including a cushion-lined cabana, providing the perfect space to enjoy a drink from the well-stocked bar. An outdoor dining setting is the ideal place for guests to savour indulgent meals amongst the fresh air.
Following the stone pathways down the cliff past carefully-manicured lawns, guests will reach a sunbathing terrace built into the cliffs. Below this is a decked platform, perfect for enjoying a quick dip in the sea, or for boarding a chartered yacht for a day of island hopping. Ensuring there’s no hard slog back up the cliff, a glass-fronted lift whisks guests to the top terraces.
Set over two levels, the main villa offers plenty of space for relaxing and socialising with loved ones. The spacious living room features high ceilings, a stunning grand piano, and sumptuous sofas and surrounding a fireplace and flat screen TV.
Off the living room is a cosy study with book-lined walls, where guests can retreat for a moment of calm. Moreover, to keep guests of all ages entertained, the villa also boasts a cosy cinema room with a large screen and surround sound, perfect for catching up on the latest blockbuster.
Adjoining the main living room is the formal 12-seat dining room, ideal for elegant meals, which leads through to the fully-equipped, modern kitchen.
Those keen to work up a sweat during their stay will enjoy the fitness room with a view, offering an inspiring workout space. The villa also boasts private spa facilities with a mosaic-tiled hammam, and a massage and treatment room where guests can relax with a range of wellbeing programs.

Villa Ultima Corfu is located in Nissaki, a quaint seaside village in Corfu’s north-east. One of the most popular Greek islands, Corfu boasts impressive landscapes made up of dense forests spread across mountainous terrain, along with both pebble and sand beaches with crystal-clear waters.
The Nissaki area boasts a plethora of picturesque bays with scenic coastal walks including horseshoe-shaped Kalami, along with Kaminaki, Krouzeri, and Agni in one direction and Glyfa and Barbati in the other.
The nearest beach is Barbati, one of the most beautiful in Corfu, with its white pebbles and azure waters. It sits in natural bay, surrounded by lush greenery.
Although the village itself is quite quiet, the bustling towns of Kassiopi to the north and Ipsos to the south are just a short drive away, ideal for those looking for lively nightlife and entertainment.
