In the villa’s private grounds, the outdoor living areas all offer beautiful sea views. A 25 square-metre heated swimming pool is surrounded by a wooden deck lined with sun loungers, providing the perfect place to soak up the sun. On the top floor, a terrace features an outdoor lounge area where guests can relax with a glass of wine whilst relishing the beautiful sea views.

Villa Borovina is part of the Maslina Resort in Hvar’s Maslinica Bay. Hvar is Croatia’s sunniest island and is known for its contrast of lively nightlife and glamourous clientele with quaint fishing villages and luxuriant nature.
The Maslina Resort focuses on family, wellness and sustainability. The restaurant features a healthy farm-to-table concept with many ingredients sourced from the resort’s extensive organic gardens, which also produce herbs and spices used in treatments at the spa. Moreover, the activities for both children and adults alike allow guests to fully immerse themselves in their surroundings, focussing on local nature and culture.
The resort stretches over two hectares of lush pine forest and is just a short walk from Stari Grad, the island’s main port. Stari Grad is one of the oldest settlements in Europe, dating back to 384 BC and offers much to explore, from a pretty Old Town to the UNESCO-protected Stari Grad Plain to waterfront restaurants and cafes.
The bustling Hvar Town is reachable in less than half an hour, whilst the nearby islands of Brač and Korčula are just a short boat ride away, perfect for day trips.
