Lush gardens and direct sea access make this an unbeatable choice for a luxury Sardinian getaway
With a waterfront location in the stunning Marine Protected Area of Capo Coda Cavallo, Villa Farfalla is a six-bedroom luxury villa with expansive grounds and spectacular sea views.
Set over 7500 square metres, the villa offers privacy and exclusivity. Beautifully-manicured gardens and lush lawns lead all the way down to the water’s edge, allowing guests direct access to the sparkling sea from their own private rock and pebble beach.
Guests can enjoy a dip in the heated infinity swimming pool, before relaxing with a glass of bubbly in the Jacuzzi. Poolside sun loungers are ideal for soaking up the rays or for relaxing under the shade of a beach umbrella.
Throughout the gardens there are several other outdoor living areas for relaxing and socialising, including the outdoor dining terrace which includes a barbecue, a stone pizza oven, and a large al fresco dining table.
Indoors, the main open-plan living room features high ceilings and wall-to-wall glass doors creating a bright and airy space with spectacular sea views. White walls are contrasted by sage and blue-grey sofas and brightly-coloured furnishings for a modern aesthetic.
Adjoining the living area is an elegant dining space, perfect for enjoying meals cooked up in the fully-equipped kitchen. Moreover, the kitchen offers direct access to the outdoor dining and barbecue area for guests’ convenience.
The sleeping areas are divided across three areas of the property, allowing privacy and flexibility for groups of families and friends travelling together. In the main wing is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private terrace, along with two doubles that share a bathroom. The second wing features three doubles, all with en-suite facilities. Finally, the lower floor has one double and one twin room, also with en-suite facilities.
In addition, there are two extra double bedrooms on the lower floor ideal for those travelling with private staff.
With unbeatable sea views, lush gardens, and spacious interiors, Villa Farfalla is the perfect choice for a luxurious villa holiday in Sardinia.
