Perched on the hills of Sicily, Villa Oleandra is a stunning luxury villa with sea views. The property sleeps up to 12 guests, making it ideal for a memorable Mediterranean holiday with family and friends.
A vast terrace flanked by palm trees overlooks the landscaped gardens and verdant hillside below, all the way down to the sea.
There is a heated 24-metre infinity pool, ideal for refreshing dips, lined by sun loungers for a post-swim relaxation session. At one end of the pool is a spacious outdoor living area with outdoor seating and an al fresco dining table, providing the perfect place to enjoy sunset nibbles and drinks.
A few steps down from the main terrace is another outdoor living area with a shaded seating area. It features a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and an open fire for delicious al fresco meals.
Olive and fruit trees are abundant across the lush gardens and lawns. There are also plenty of quiet spaces to enjoy yoga and meditation, or catch up on a holiday read.
Indoors, the luxury villa’s entrance hall is bright and spacious, with marble floors, double-height ceilings, and a modern floating staircase leading up to the first floor.
The ground floor living area is divided into separate living spaces by a central glass fireplace. Guests can relax in the main lounge and take in sea views through the floor-to-ceiling windows.
On the other side of the fireplace is a multi-functional living space with a cosy TV corner, a dining area, and an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances.
The ground floor is home to four bedrooms: two king-size rooms and two queens, all with en-suite facilities. On the first floor is a two-bedroom family suite with one king-size room, one queen-size, a shared bathroom, and a living area on the mezzanine. Moreover, the suite offers access to a private roof terrace for the most spectacular sea views.

Location
Villa Oleandra lies on the southeast coast of the island of Sicily, just south of Syracuse. The nearest beaches and several waterfront restaurants are a short walk away.
The port city of Syracuse is around 20 minutes' drive from the property. It is known for its rich Greek and Roman history and features many historical and archaeological sites, including the Greek Theatre, the Roman Amphitheatre, and the Ear of Dionysius. It is also home to an excellent selection of cafes, bars and restaurants.
Historic Catania is around an hour from the villa. This pretty city at the base of Mount Etna is known for its Baroque architecture, vibrant street life, and proximity to the volcano. Visitors can explore the bustling Piazza del Duomo, take a stroll through the lively fish market, or hike up Mount Etna, Europe’s tallest active volcano.
