Surrounded by verdant countryside, Villa Ardore is a beautifully restored private farmhouse offering a luxury Tuscan escape. Sleeping up to 18 guests and boasting spacious grounds, it is ideal for families or groups, destination weddings, and special events and celebrations.
The property boasts a heated infinity pool surrounded by lush greenery and lined with sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool features hydromassage jets and a rock waterfall feature, creating a truly tranquil atmosphere.
There is also a poolside bar with plenty of lounge seating, where guests can enjoy a refreshing drink whilst taking in the views of sprawling vineyards and the beautiful countryside beyond.
A large central terrace enjoys views of the surrounding vineyards, nearby medieval castles, and the historic towers of San Gimignano. With lounges, an outdoor dining table, and a wood fire oven, it is the ideal space for a large family dinner or an intimate wedding reception. Adjoining the terrace is a cosy loggia comfortably seating up to 20 guests.
Initially built in the 16th century, the farmhouse has been expertly renovated and restored, transforming it into a stunning luxury villa with a separate guesthouse. An inviting lounge with a crackling fireplace creates a cosy space for evenings in, enjoying a cocktail from the antique Parisian bar. Though house and table wines are complimentary for guests during their stay, there is also a beautiful wine cellar stocked with exceptional vintage and prominent regional wines available for purchase.
The villa also boasts a full Roman Spa with a 10-person indoor Jacuzzi, a steam room, a sensory shower, and a dry sauna. Guests can also enjoy a host of relaxing wellness treatments.
There are eight bedrooms spread across the main villa and guest house, plus a study that can be converted to a ninth bedroom for larger groups. Each beautifully appointed bedroom features a double bed with a custom-designed mattress and luxury linens, along with en-suite or private bathroom facilities and modern comforts, including blackout curtains, bedside USB ports, and underfloor heating.
