A large villa with swimming pool, Jacuzzi and three hectares of land, ideal for families
Villa Le Caselle, located in Siena, is a beautiful farmhouse surrounded by rolling Tuscan hills, ideal for large families or groups of friends.
The estate boasts three hectares of automatically-irrigated lawns and orchards and a large heated swimming pool. The Jacuzzi is the perfect place to relax and soak up the afternoon sun with an aperitif.
As well as this, there is a veritable playground of sports and activities available including table tennis, volleyball, croquet, football and bocce.
Surrounding the pool is an ancient paved patio with a barbecue and outdoor dining table, ideal for al fresco meals. There are plenty of sun loungers for relaxing on and soaking up the sun’s rays.
Indoors, guests can relax in the spacious living room with fireplace or smaller study area, enjoy tasty meals in the dining room, and cook up a feast in the fully-equipped kitchen.
To keep everyone entertained, there is satellite TV, a DVD player and iPod dock amongst the facilities. There is air conditioning for warmer weather and underfloor heating for the cooler months.
The eight well-appointed bedrooms sleep up to 16 guests as standard, as well as a sofa and loft bed for an additional three guests. One bedroom sleeps five guests, perfect for children, nannies or staff. Each bedroom has en-suite or private facilities.

Val d’Orcia is a welcoming region with hills outlined by endless rows of cypress trees, majestic castles, thermal spa towns and tiny medieval villages. They are all surrounded by olive groves & wine cellars full of oak and chestnut casks in which to age world class wine.
The hilltop village of Montalcino is home to the famous Brunello di Montalcino. It is covered by vineyards and at its centre, visitors find signature examples of medieval architecture such as the Palazzo dei Priori and the wonderful Rocca fortress.
Pienza, not far from the estate, has been declared “Heritage of Mankind” by Unesco and is considered to be the “symbol city” of the Italian Renaissance. It is also famous for its wonderful pecorino cheese.
Montepulciano, in this same area, is another charming village known as the pearl of the 16th century. It is famous for the production of wines such as Vino Nobile di Montepulciano.
A few minutes from the villa lies Chianciano Terme, a renowned thermal spa town which dates back to Roman times.
