Villa Principe was renovated and restored by renowned interior designer Astrid Schiller Wirth. Schiller’s eye for detail and creative passion are seen in this completely renovated neo gothic structure, originally built in late 1800s by an aristocratic Tuscan family. Her unique style of interior design and personal touches are felt throughout the building.
He villa provides an intimate setting and the ideal place for luxury holiday, reunion with family or friends, corporate retreat, or destination wedding.
Guests can soak up panoramic views from the sprawling grounds, which include beautifully-landscaped gardens, a heated swimming pool, and plenty of outdoor living and dining areas. The pretty gazebo offers the perfect space for celebratory meals.
Indoors, high ceilings create a feeling of space, whilst plush furnishings and crackling fireplaces provide a cosy atmosphere. Original artworks and careful detailing offer a true sense of Tuscan charm.
On the first floor of the villa are four spacious double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, plus one extra-luxurious and romantic Honeymoon Suite. Two more double bedrooms are located on the second floor, both with en-suite facilities.
For added luxury, the villa also boasts a private spa with a top floor features luxurious spa facilities including a sauna, a hammam, a massage room and a well-equipped gym.

Location
Villa Principe is in the stunning Val D’Orcia region of Tuscany. Here, rolling hills are outlined by endless rows of cypress trees, and dotted with majestic castles, thermal spa towns, and tiny medieval villages.
The hilltop village of Montalcino is covered in vineyards and at its centre, visitors will find signature examples of medieval architecture such as the Palazzo dei Priori and the wonderful Rocca fortress.
Pienza, not far from the estate, has been declared “Heritage of Mankind” by UNESCO and is considered to be the “symbol city” of the Italian Renaissance. It is also famous for its wonderful pecorino cheese.
Montepulciano is another charming village known as the Pearl of the 16th Century. It is famous for the production of wines such as Vino Nobile di Montepulciano.
A few minutes from the Villa lies Chianciano Terme, a famous thermal spa town that dates back to Roman times.
