A haven of tranquillity with majestic design and style in Venice
Located in one of the liveliest districts in Venice, Palazzo Heureka is the ideal location for guests wishing to be fully immersed in the history of this 16th Century building, in a perfect blend between contemporary design and Venetian architecture. Featuring 10 bedrooms, the property can accommodate up to 19 guests with ease, with a maximum capacity of 24 guests, on request.
Overlooking the canal of Madonna dell’ Orto, in the North Western sestriere, this property features a striking façade of white walls and black shutters, and leads out onto a private garden with incredible wavy trees illuminated by mesmerising lighting, allowing guests to relax in the shade of the leafy canopy by day, or stargaze by night. This charming garden is deceivingly spacious, and has plenty of seating to host larger groups of friends and loved ones, perfect for al fresco dining, or elegant celebrations.
Originally built during the transition between the Renaissance and Baroque periods, the architecture follows the typical Venetian style, split between two floors, with an elegant stone balustrade balcony, overlooking the waterfront entrance.
The entranceway into the property is typical of the Venetian passageway, called a portego, and leads from the atrium into the main lobby area, and then out into the gardens. Sprawled across several floors, this hotel has a distinctive and unique style, and is a kaleidoscope of colour and texture throughout, with individual character and identity.
Featuring a music room with a grand piano, a library and a bar, there is plenty to do to pass the time with friends and family before retiring to bed.
Each of the 10 rooms has been painstakingly restored to preserve the history of each room, and is enhanced by the modern furnishings and fabrics, of the highest quality, each with en-suite facilities. Perfect for some rest and relaxation, the sumptuous beds are luxuriously decadent and ensure a restful night for everyone.
With its phenomenal location, enchanting gardens and captivating décor, Palazzo Heureka is a must-stay for anyone visiting Venice, and the ideal venue for a memorable vacation.

Location
Palazzo Heureka is situated in one of the liveliest and vibrant districts in the city, in the north-western sestriere of Cannaregio.
Close to the hotel you can venture into the oldest Jewish Ghetto in the world, and you can visit some of the most exquisite local artisans. There is also the church and the Scuola Grande di Santa Maria della Misericordia, and the legendary Chiesa della Madonna dell’Orto with masterpieces by Tintoretto. The iconic Santa Maria dei Miracoli is a couple of bridges away, with its extraordinary polychrome marbles. These are just a few of the breath-taking edifices within striking distance of the hotel, and away from the crowds heading to the more usual haunts.
The major historical, cultural and commercial points of interest are also not far from the district, and can be reached within 20 minutes’ walk, or more comfortably with a short private taxi ride.
