A charming residence located in a recently restored 16th-century villa that goes beyond any imagination

Residenza F occupies the first floor of Villa F, an epitome of luxury and revived tradition. Renovated by Mrs Francesca Bortolotto Possati, the villa preserves its historical beauty and transmits the elegant and sophisticated atmosphere it once possessed.

Nestled on the island of Giudecca, minutes away from the centre of Venice, this unique property used to be the residence of noble Venetian families and was a favourite meeting place for artists, actors, and writers.

Immersed in acres of charming gardens renowned across Italy for their beauty, guests of Villa F will be able to experience the true reflection of Venetian life.

Residenza F affords fantastic views over the surrounding gardens. Other standout features of this residence include antiques and Venetian luxurious fabrics, alongside the original period furniture.

The residence is composed of two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen by Brummel.

Guests will be afforded the greatest privacy coupled with a 5-star service provided by a professional team of staff. Alongside access to the nearby Bauer Palladio Hotel and Spa and the use of the private shuttle boat to reach the Bauer’s restaurant across the canal, this really is a residence that ticks all the boxes.

The swimming pool, reception areas, and gardens will be shared with the other guests of Villa F.

Area

Venice is a lively city with local and international artistic and cultural events. Events include the Biennale international exhibition of modern arts and the literary Prize Campiello. Every year, the Palazzo Grassi hosts some of the most beautiful exhibitions. Museo Correr hosts fine arts and paintings in the heart of the city: St. Mark's Square.
In July every year, a religious feast takes place called il Redentore (The Redeemer). This occurs in the lagoon with boats, lanterns and fireworks, setting Venice in a glamorous frame. Again, the Carnival has been brought back to its splendour, with masks and people dressed as if it were the 700s in Venice. Dances, and music occur. The Historical Regatta, a colourful parade of boats, and the race following thereafter crowning the best crew, take place on the first Sunday in September.

Venice is an open-air exhibition of art and culture. It is known worldwide as the city for romance, art, and literature; it houses the greatest artistic treasures in the world. Signature examples include: the Doge's Palace, the Rialto bridge (one of Europe's last fully stone bridges), St. Mark's Basilica, and the Square itself. Visit world famous museums and art exhibitions such as Mureo Correr, the Peggy Guggneheim Collection, Palazzo Grassi and more. Wander the vast and varied art collection of Galleria dell'Accademia and Museo Cà Rezzonico, displaying draperies, dresses, and original furniture from the 700s.
