Casa Uh K’aay
4 Bedrooms — 8 Guests
A serene beachfront retreat with a rooftop infinity pool
Casa Uh’Kaay (“The House of the Singing Moon”) sits steps from a pristine stretch of powdery white sand within the Sian Ka’an Biosphere Reserve. Set on a strip of land with the tranquil Campeche Lagoon on one side and the turquoise waters of the Caribbean on the other, this four-bedroom luxury villa is an extraordinary coastal sanctuary.
Verdant jungle surrounds the property, offering total privacy, yet the soft sands of a secluded beach are mere steps away. When not relaxing on the sand, the villa’s rooftop terrace serves as its definitive focal point. Designed for all-day outdoor living, the rooftop offers rare 360-degree panoramas. The roof terrace is ideal for morning yoga sessions as the sun rises over the Caribbean, or evening cocktails as the sun sets over the lush mangrove lagoon.
A nine-metre infinity pool and a separate bubbling eight-person Jacuzzi are perfect for relaxing in whilst enjoying the views. After a refreshing swim, poolside loungers, plush seating around an outdoor fireplace, and an al fresco dining space await.
On the villa’s lower level, shaded, furnished terraces seamlessly connect the outdoors to the beautiful indoor living spaces. Retracting floor-to-ceiling glass walls and vast open corridors capture the cool Caribbean breezes while bathing every room in natural light. The interior aesthetic is clean and intentionally understated, with a soothing palette of soft sands, crisp whites, warm tropical woods, and oceanic blues that mirror the surrounding coast. The furniture, decor, and artworks are all custom-designed by Mexican artisans, adding a sense of rich local heritage. Moreover, by using eco-conscious construction and being powered entirely by wind and solar energy, the villa aims to have a low ecological footprint without compromising on luxury.
The heart of the home is its open-plan living room. Comprising a spacious lounge, a cosy TV area, an elegant dining table, and an adjoining kitchen, it offers the perfect setting for relaxing with loved ones.
Each corner of the villa is home to a spacious suite, providing private retreats for all guests. Two master suites feature king-sized beds and private ocean-view terraces, while two guest suites offer two queen-size beds and private terraces with jungle and partial ocean views. The en-suite bathrooms all feature glass-walled jungle showers, creating a true connection with nature.
With its unique location, stunning roof terrace, and bright interiors, Casa Uh’Kaay provides a rare, barefoot-luxury retreat in one of Mexico’s most beautiful, protected ecosystems.

The villa’s beachfront location grants guests direct access to world-class snorkelling along an offshore barrier reef. On the other side of the villa, calm lagoon waters provide a tranquil setting for kayaking and paddleboarding.
This ecologically protected sanctuary is famed for its pristine tropical jungles, vibrant marine life, and sacred Mayan cenotes—crystal-clear freshwater sinkholes framed by dramatic limestone cliffs and ancient jungle roots.
