The villa is a testament to early 20th-century grandeur, seamlessly blended with contemporary luxury and design. Originally constructed in 1901 by an American Admiral, this sprawling neoclassical villa has undergone meticulous reconstruction and refurbishment to transform it into a sophisticated and exclusive retreat.
Inside, the villa is spread over four generous floors, offering both communal gathering spaces and quiet corners to retreat to. It features a large formal living room with open views of the lake, as well as a library and a study for quieter moments. The main kitchen is professionally equipped and used by staff, with an additional guest kitchen and kitchenette available for more casual meals or family groups.
The villa’s wellness facilities offer a relaxing retreat, complete with a heated indoor pool for a refreshing swim, a soothing massage room designed for ultimate relaxation, and a fully equipped gym with modern exercise equipment for all fitness needs.
The villa offers nine elegantly appointed bedrooms, with many featuring private terraces, dressing rooms, or direct lake views. On the first floor, four queen-size rooms enjoy lake or garden views with names such as the Jungle Suite and Lake Room, reflecting the unique décor and colour schemes that give each room its own personality. On the second floor, the standout Master Suite features a round king-size bed, a walk-in wardrobe, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. This floor is also home to a queen-size suite; both rooms feature private balconies with lake views. The third floor is home to another queen suite, plus a two-bedroom apartment, with two queen rooms sharing a bathroom, perfect for families or younger guests. For larger groups, a 10th bedroom is available on request; it is located in a separate pool house and consists of a queen-size sofa bed and a kitchenette for added convenience.
