Set above Kupuri Beach in Punta Mita, Casa Querencia is a spacious, ocean-facing villa designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living. With panoramic views across Litibu Bay and direct beach access via a private path, the villa offers both privacy and convenience.
The landscaped grounds include two infinity pools—one larger for swimming and relaxing, the other smaller and shallower for lounging with a drink in hand—along with a jacuzzi, fire pit, and daybeds positioned to make the most of the view. There are multiple outdoor dining and lounge areas scattered throughout the villa grounds, including a shaded pavilion, a bar, an outdoor kitchen equipped with a wood-fired pizza oven, and a roof terrace that offers the perfect spot to gather for sunset cocktails or stargazing.
For active guests of all ages, the villa’s pickleball and bocce courts, table tennis, and children’s playground offer numerous ways to unwind and play.
Indoors, Casa Querencia is well-considered and comfortable. A professional kitchen supports chef-prepared meals, while a second kitchen offers flexibility for guests. The interiors are open and airy, with natural materials, hand-picked artworks, and custom finishes that create a sense of warmth throughout. Alongside the generous living and dining areas are a games room, a library, a cinema room, and a quiet study, allowing guests to choose how much to keep active or relax.
There are seven well-appointed bedrooms spread between the main villa and two guest casitas, with additional beds in the media room loft for larger family groups. Each bedroom has en-suite facilities, a private terrace, and beautiful ocean views. Among the highlights are an expansive master suite with a private study, a wraparound terrace, and an outdoor shower, along with two oceanfront casita bedrooms that include freestanding outdoor bathtubs set in tropical gardens. One room in the main villa features two queen beds plus a set of two bunk beds, making it perfect for younger guests.
Villa guests also have access to the neighbouring Kupuri Beach Club. Here, they can enjoy an array of exceptional amenities, including a gourmet restaurant, vibrant outdoor cocktail bars, a rejuvenating spa, a charming boutique, and a dedicated kids’ club and games room.
