Villa Serenaos is a contemporary coastal villa set in a peaceful pocket of southeast Lefkada. Tucked among olive trees and native pines, this elegant five-bedroom property opens directly onto the Ionian Sea, with its own jetty and beach access.
Outside, the estate is carefully arranged to make the most of its hillside setting and expansive sea views. At its centre is a large infinity pool edged by parasols and sun loungers, with shaded seating and dining areas just a few steps away. The outdoor kitchen, complete with a barbecue and pizza oven, is ideally suited for gathering together around a meal.
A series of stone staircases and pathways lead down through the gardens to the private beach and jetty below — an ideal launch point for exploring by boat or simply diving straight into the sea. Villa guests can enjoy the use of a private RIB and water sports equipment during their stay, adding excitement for all ages.
The villa’s interiors are bright and calm, with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the views and fill the rooms with natural light. Clean-lined architecture, pale stone floors and soft neutral tones create a relaxed, contemporary atmosphere, while timber detailing and organic textures keep the space warm and grounded. An open-plan living and dining space opens directly onto the pool terrace. In addition, the villa boasts a well-equipped gym, a games room and a quiet study.
The five en-suite bedrooms are split across two levels, each opening onto a private terrace with views across the water. On the upper floor, two large suites include mezzanine sleeping areas and outdoor showers. The remaining three bedrooms are located below, including a flexible twin room and a spacious suite with a separate sitting area and sofa bed for younger guests.
