The villa boasts over 600 square metres of outdoor living space, including expansive terraces, lounge areas, and beautifully landscaped gardens. The highlight of the outdoor area is the magnificent infinity pool, which visually merges with the blue of the sea beyond. A poolside Jacuzzi offers the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing soak whilst taking in the panoramic views, whilst sun loungers are ideal for topping up a tan.

Post-dip, guests can head to the pergola-shaded living area for further relaxation and socialising. It features plush seating, an eight-seater al fresco dining table, and an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and drinks fridges for keeping refreshments ice-cold.

Evenings can be spent in the sunken lounge, cosying around the fire pit as the sun sets, or stargazing on clear nights.

Ideal for those seeking a more active retreat, the villa also boasts a private padel court, an outdoor gym with callisthenics equipment, and access to scenic hiking paths. After a workout, guests can head to the wellness wing, which offers a relaxing sauna and hammam.

The villa itself is an architectural masterpiece. Inspired by ancient Minoan forms, the design philosophy emphasises raw, natural materials that connect the building to its rugged environment. At the villa entrance, guests are greeted by an impressive sculpture of the Horns of Consecration, an iconic Minoan symbol of spiritual and religious significance.

The villa is composed of two curved concrete wings – one dedicated to social living spaces and the other housing the private sleeping quarters – which artfully mimic the horn’s geometry. Expansive glass walls blur the line between the outdoor spaces and the contemporary interiors. Exposed, sculptural concrete provides a powerful geometric contrast to the natural stone walls, while warm wood detailing introduces a touch of Cretan authenticity and comfort.

A spacious living room bathed in natural light forms the heart of the home. A few steps away, the modern, dine-in kitchen features premium appliances, a cooking island with bar seating, and a wooden dining table for convivial meals. Both rooms boast floor-to-ceiling windows offering unobstructed sea views.

The villa accommodates eight guests in four luxurious en-suite bedrooms. Additionally, up to four extra guests can be accommodated in convertible spaces – one on the lower-ground floor and another in the wellness area. These areas can be configured as bedrooms with double sofa beds. This flexible arrangement is perfect for families travelling with children, teenagers, or personal staff.
