Lady Sea Villa is an expansive luxury retreat on the north coast of Crete, just west of Heraklion, offering direct sea access. Designed to blend contemporary architecture with the Mediterranean landscape, this 500-square-metre property spans three levels on an impressive 2,300-square-metre plot, offering panoramic views across the Cretan Sea, Dia Island, and Mount Juktas.
The villa’s outdoor areas are designed for open-air living, featuring terraced gardens, expansive balconies, and shaded pergolas. At the centre of the grounds is a large, heated swimming pool featuring integrated Jacuzzi jets, surrounded by sun loungers ideal for soaking up the rays. Al fresco dining is fully catered for, with an outdoor kitchen, a wood-fired pizza oven, and a barbecue. A private path winding down the terraced gardens provides direct, private access from the villa grounds to the beach.
Inside, the light-filled residence is fully equipped for relaxation and wellness. Designed with an understated, minimalist palette of whites, soft greys, and natural tones, the interior creates a serene environment that highlights the turquoise waters visible through floor-to-ceiling windows. An internal, glass-walled lift links all three levels, ensuring smooth movement – and never-ending views – throughout the residence.
The villa’s living spaces are spread across the lower and middle levels, offering flexible options for relaxing and socialising with loved ones. The middle level is home to the main living spaces, including a formal lounge room, an elegant dining area, and a state-of-the-art kitchen. This living room opens out onto a lounge and dining terrace with panoramic sea views.
The lower level houses another inviting living area, a second fully equipped kitchen, and a climate-controlled wine cellar. The living space opens onto a spacious terrace with additional lounge and dining areas, as well as an open-air games area for friendly rounds of table tennis. This level also features the villa’s private spa with a sauna, a hammam, and a fully equipped gym.
To ensure privacy and provide flexible sleeping arrangements for families or large groups, the bedrooms are spread across two of the villa’s three levels. The upper level is home to the master suite complete with a walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub set against sea-facing windows, and a private balcony. Two additional en-suite bedrooms share this floor, each with a private balcony overlooking the lush gardens. The lower level is home to the three remaining en-suite bedrooms, including one with a private sea-view balcony.
