Can Tepa is a stunning luxury villa on the west coast of Ibiza. Set within a secure gated development with 24-hour security, the property enjoys top facilities combined with privacy and relative seclusion.
The villa offers stunning sea views with the islands of S’illa des Bosque and Conejera providing a frame for the most famous sunsets in the Balearic Islands. The villa is just a short stroll from Cala Conta, one of the best beaches in Ibiza, and is in a very tranquil, unspoilt part of the island.
Outdoors, guests can enjoy the sea views from the swimming pool, surrounding sun loungers, or spacious lawn areas. Al fresco meals and barbecues can be enjoyed on the dining terrace and there are various seating areas and outdoor lounges perfect for relaxing with a good book or soaking up the sun’s rays.
Ideal for families with children, the spacious garden also features a wooden playhouse set in a sandpit and a spring-free trampoline on the lush lawns.
Indoors, there is a spacious, open-plan living area with comfortable sofas, a 12-person dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen. Floor-to ceiling windows allow fresh air and bright sunshine to flood through the living spaces. For cosy evenings in or those travelling with children, there is also a separate TV room.
Up to 12 guests can be accommodated in five well-appointed bedrooms, including a spacious master suite, two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, and a children’s bunk room. All rooms boast en-suite facilities, TVs, sound systems, and private terrace areas. For larger family groups, two more children’s rooms are available on request.
Guests also have access to the wellness centre within the estate. The centre boasts luxurious spa facilities including a Jacuzzi, plunge pool, sauna, and steam room, as well as a fully-equipped gym with sea views.

Villa Can Tepa is located in the exclusive Calaconta residential development of Ibiza. Cala Conta beach is just 500 metres away, with several other stunning beaches a short drive from the villa.
Ibiza is the third largest of the Balearic Islands, an autonomous community of Spain. With Formentera, it is one of the two Pine Islands or Pityuses. The island is well-known for its summer club parties which attract large numbers of tourists, though there are plenty of quieter spots on the island for those seeking more peace and tranquility.
