Villa Tavernaccia is a classic Renaissance-style villa located on a large estate just outside of Florence. At 320 metres above sea level, the house and park have breathtaking 360-degree views of Florence and its surrounding countryside. These include Giotto’s bell tower and Brunelleschi’s dome.
Vineyards, ancient hardwood trees and olive groves surround the villa, creating a serene setting. Within the grounds of the estate is a large park with a beautiful swimming pool, a small outdoor theatre, and paths for the perfect evening stroll. Multiple outdoor living spaces offer ample room to relax with loved ones and enjoy al fresco meals and barbecues. For those who like to stay active, the villa also boasts a private tennis court and a boules pitch for friendly competition.
Indoors, the villa offers two expansive living rooms that exude a warm, inviting ambience. Each space is thoughtfully designed with comfortable furnishings, ample natural light pouring in through large windows, and elegant décor, creating a welcoming atmosphere for relaxation or social gatherings.

The eighth bedroom is located on the mezzanine level of the tower; it also boasts en-suite facilities and has access to the panoramic tower living room.
