Set on the northern shores of the island of Brač, Villa Lucia serves as a breathtaking testament to the region’s legendary craftsmanship. Situated in Škrip, near the charming village of Splitska, this estate enjoys a serene location with easy access to the island’s coastline.
Outdoor living is the focus at the villa. The manicured gardens are a sensory delight, filled with lavender, rosemary, and centuries-old olive trees. At the heart of the grounds is a large pool, surrounded by a sun deck made of cool, smooth stone. Beside the pool, a bubbling Jacuzzi offers an indulgent soak, whilst sun loungers provide space to top up a tan.
Two sides of the pool feature shaded living areas for relaxing and socialising. On one side, guests can enjoy poolside drinks on plush lounge seating. On the other, an outdoor kitchen and barbecue area is perfect for relaxed al fresco dining.
The villa’s design beautifully combines traditional Dalmatian aesthetics with modern minimalism. Its exterior, made from the renowned white Brač stone, reflects the bright Adriatic sun. Inside, the design prioritises open-plan layouts and features floor-to-ceiling glass walls, creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living spaces.
On the first floor of the villa, guests will find the social spaces. A spacious lounge features high ceilings, a fireplace for cooler evenings, and an impressive moon chandelier that anchors the room. Glass doors run along both sides, opening to the pool deck on one side and a sea-view balcony on the other. This floor also includes an elegant dining room that connects to the fully equipped kitchen, as well as a cosy library that offers office and entertainment facilities.
The villa features five spacious bedrooms to accommodate up to 10 guests. All bedrooms are located on the ground floor and feature en-suite facilities, private living spaces, and either ocean or garden views.
For those who prioritise wellness, the villa boasts a fully equipped gym and a sauna for post-workout relaxation. Moreover, a cellar offers an intimate space for wine and olive oil tastings.
Villa Lucia is situated on a two-hectare estate alongside Villa Johanna, making it part of Brač’s largest botanical garden. The estate features a spacious terrace and lawn that are ideal for communal gatherings. However, lush greenery separates the two villas, ensuring privacy when they are booked individually.

Villa Lucia is located in the village of Škrip on the northern coast of Brač. Rugged countryside surrounds the villa, yet it is just a short drive to serene beaches, the charming town of Splitska, and the bustling port of Supetar.
Perched on the island’s hills, Škrip is the oldest settlement on Brač, boasting a history spanning over 3,000 years. This “museum-village” is a living timeline, where Illyrian megalithic walls sit alongside Roman ruins and 16th-century defensive towers.
Brač’s dramatic coastline and secluded coves are made for exploration, whether by bicycle, kayak, or on foot.
