Adytum Estate is an expansive, design-led retreat spread across a private peninsula in the sought-after Porto Heli region of Greece. Its position is exceptional — a secluded headland with uninterrupted sea views, direct access to a peaceful private beach, and a private jetty for swift boat transfers to nearby islands.
Comprised of two four-bedroom villas — Villa North and Villa South — the estate sleeps up to 16 guests, making it ideal for larger groups or multiple families travelling together.
Thoughtfully landscaped gardens surround two large, heated infinity pools, multiple lounging terraces and Jacuzzis, fire pits, and a private floodlit tennis court. Day beds and shaded outdoor bars frame the water’s edge, while kayaks and paddleboards offer effortless access to the turquoise bay.
The two villas sit discreetly within the estate’s 10,000 square metres of grounds. Each has its own identity and self-contained spaces, yet both have been designed with a consistent style that blends laid-back luxury with modern functionality. Each villa offers a generous open-plan living area that connects to outdoor dining and lounge spaces. Both also boast a private sauna and hammam.
In addition, the North Villa features an elegant games room with a pool table and cinema area, along with a study for those working remotely during their stay. The South Villa adds a fully equipped gym and a rooftop terrace with far-reaching views. With spaces to come together and places to pause and reflect, the estate is tailored to relaxed, sociable living.
There are eight en-suite bedrooms in total, with four in each villa. The master suite in the North Villa includes a walk-in wardrobe, a sea-view terrace, and a marble bathroom with a freestanding tub. The South Villa’s master spans the entire top floor, with a Jacuzzi bathtub and private roof terrace looking directly over the beach. All the other rooms offer beautiful views of the sea or landscaped gardens, and each has direct access to the outdoors. Every room is spacious, calm, and minimally styled, with a focus on comfort and natural light.
Set just outside Ermioni, with Porto Heli a short drive away, Adytum Estate offers rare access to the culture and glamour of the region — and the serenity of a truly private escape.
