Set upon the elevated hillsides of Krotiri in northeastern Paros, Avera Estate is a striking contemporary retreat overlooking the Aegean Sea and picturesque coastal landscape. Comprising two independent residences, the four-bedroom Villa Nyssis and three-bedroom Villa Dabet, plus a one-bedroom guest house, the estate accommodates up to 18 guests. The grounds are arranged across broad stone-walled terraces designed to maximise outdoor Mediterranean living and sweeping views.
