The beautifully restored Can Skye is a traditional finca on the island of Ibiza, which boasts modern facilities perfectly combined with rustic charm. This sprawling estate in the island’s northeast offers the perfect setting for a relaxing, family-friendly holiday without compromising on luxury.
The villa’s hillside location allows for stunning panoramas across the countryside, right down to the sea. A 12-metre swimming pool lined with sun loungers and umbrellas offers more space to soak up the views and take in the scents of the aromatic gardens.
There are plenty of outdoor living and dining spaces, including the main terrace with an al fresco dining area with sea views. The grounds are also dotted with smaller relaxation areas with armchairs and hammocks for quieter reflection.
Moreover, guests celebrating a special event can make use of the garden bar and rustic disco, a covered area with plenty of open space to use as a dance floor!
The villa is ideal for a luxury wellness retreat, offering a 70-square-metre shaded yoga terrace with an outdoor gym and spectacular sunset views. Post-workout, guests can head to the outdoor barrel sauna or enjoy a pamper session in the massage marquee.
For younger guests, the villa’s lush lawns offer plenty of space to run around or enjoy a game of football, plus there is a treehouse with swings providing endless hours of fun.
The property comprises a main villa, an annexe, and independent suites.
Within the main villa is a spacious lounge with high, exposed-beam ceilings and plush sofas, plus a separate dining room, both boasting cosy fireplaces. The villa’s fully-equipped kitchen features modern appliances, perfect for preparing gourmet feasts.
The main villa also features the en-suite master bedroom with a furnished private roof terrace and direct access to the pool. The ground floor is home to two en-suite double bedrooms, plus a double and twin room with a shared bathroom, ideal for families.
The villa’s annex features one double and one twin bedroom with a shared bathroom. There is also a spacious, open-plan living and dining room with a second fully-equipped kitchen for guest use, a furnished private terrace, and an outdoor living area.
Finally, there is a separate guest suite with a spacious double bedroom, and en-suite bathroom, and a terrace, ideal for those seeking more privacy.*

About the area
Can Skye boasts a fantastic location in the picturesque countryside just outside the charming village of San Carlos in Ibiza’s north-east. The beautiful beach of Cala Nova is just five minutes’ drive from the villa, plus there are several other beaches within 15 minutes’ drive, including Aguas Blacas and Cala St Vicente.
The village of San Carlos is home to a small selection of cafes, bars, restaurants, and grocery stores. Just outside the village is the famous “Hippy Market” of Las Dalias, which runs every weekend, plus selected nights during the summer months.
For a livelier atmosphere, the famous nightlife of Ibiza Town is less than half an hour’s drive away, whilst vibrant Sant Antoni is around 40 minutes’ drive across to the west coast.
