Chalet Cervinia is a masterpiece of modern Alpine architecture, located in the exclusive Le Joseray enclave of Val d’Isère. It offers a rare combination of contemporary construction and prime location, tucked away in a quiet lane, yet less than 100 metres from the nearest piste.
Designed by owner-interior designer Jeanne Roesch Degoy, the chalet spans nearly 390 square metres across three floors. Outdoors, south- and east-facing balconies wrap around the chalet, offering panoramic views of the village and the surrounding peaks. Indoors, classic wood and stone contrast with bold geometric prints and contemporary lighting, creating a perfect blend of traditional and modern elements.
The heart of the home is the sprawling open-plan living and dining space on the top floor. This light-filled space is characterised by soaring timber beams and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, offering stunning views from every angle. A striking modern fireplace serves as a sculptural centrepiece, and is surrounded by plenty of plush seating, providing a cosy space for evenings spent with family and friends. The adjoining dining space is the perfect setting for enjoying delectable feasts prepared by the private chef.
Ideal evening entertainment, the ground floor features a state-of-the-art cinema room. It boasts three rows of tiered sofa seating and a ceiling that mimics a starlit night sky, creating an immersive theatre experience perfect for family movie nights.
For the ultimate luxury experience, the chalet also boasts a private spa on its lower-ground floor. The standout feature is the 10-metre indoor pool, shimmering with deep blue tones. The spa also includes a sauna, an indoor Jacuzzi, and a dedicated treatment room for post-ski massages and relaxation.
The chalet sleeps up to 13 guests across six meticulously designed bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities. Five rooms can be set up as either doubles or twins, including the master suite with its private terrace, offering great group flexibility. The final bedroom is a playfully themed bunk room sleeping up to three children, making it ideal for multi-generational families.

Chalet Cervinia is in the charming Le Joseray area of Val d’Isère. It is just 100 metres from the Joseray red piste, allowing skiers of intermediate level and above to glide down to the central lift hub in moments. Alternatively, the L’Olympique and Solaise Express gondolas are just two minutes’ drive away, offering easy access to the slopes of Val d’Isère and the whole Espace Killy ski area.
