Chalet L’Hotse is a truly unique, exclusive chalet located in the heart of Val d’Isere, offering fantastic views of the famous La Face piste. There is a harmonious fusion between the rustic alpine style and the originality created by designer pieces, intricately carved furnishings and reclaimed wood.
After an active day on the slopes, this chalet provides the ideal setting to relax and unwind. There are two spacious terraces, one of which boasts an outdoor hot tub overlooking the slopes.
The whole ground floor of the chalet is dedicated to relaxation with extensive spa facilities. Guests can take a dip in the pool or hot tub whilst enjoying a film on the drop-down projector screen. For easing tired ski muscles, there is a sauna, hammam and massage room where in-chalet treatments can be arranged and for keeping up fitness off the slopes, guests can enjoy a fully-equipped gym. There is also a spacious relaxation area with comfortable lounge seats and a bar complete with bar games, perfect for socialising.
Upstairs is a fantastic open-plan living area with double-height ceilings to emphasise the space and grandeur. Along with a second guest bar, there is a stunning grand piano and open fireplace, creating a cosy and welcoming space for unwinding with an après-ski or post-dinner drink.
To entertain guests of all ages, the mezzanine lounge area is equipped with a widescreen TV and game consoles, along with a selection of books, games and children’s toys.
Guests can take in views of the La Face piste and village church spire from the dining room as they indulge in a sumptuous feast prepared by the in-chalet private chef.
The six well-appointed bedrooms all feature twin or king-size beds, plasma TVs, iPod docks and en-suite facilities. Ideal for families, one bedroom has an adjoining bunk room suitable for two children.
All wishes will be taken care of by the attentive staff who are on hand to ensure the utmost comfort of all guests.

About the area
Chalet L’Hotse is situated right in the heart of the high altitude ski resort of Val d’Isere, within walking distance of the shops, restaurants, and bars of the village.
Originally a small alpine farming village, Val d’Isere is now a modern alpine resort, yet it retains its village charm. The centre and old town of Val d’Isere is made up of stone and wood-clad chalets, adding to the traditional and cosy feel of the resort.
Together with [Tignes](https://www.myprivatevillas.com/luxury/france/french-alps/tignes), Val d’Isere is part of the world-famous Espace Killy ski area. The region boasts over 300 km of piste served by 96 lifts, ensuring there is terrain for all levels of skier or boarder to enjoy.
Val d’Isere is well-known for its lively après ski and nightlife scene. Guests can enjoy an après drink and dance session at the infamous on-piste La Folie Douce bar, then explore the host of bars, pubs and clubs in the village centre, including the Moris pub just down the road from the chalet.
