Villa Elounda One is situated on a gentle hillside of Crete, affording it breath-taking sea views. Just five minutes’ drive from the picturesque town of Elounda, the villa is the perfect location for a luxury break.
The villa makes the most of the Mediterranean sunshine with ample outdoor space; guests can top up their tan on the spacious terrace, curl up with a book on the outdoor loungers, or take a dip in the stunning infinity pool. There is a barbecue and large outdoor kitchen and dining area where guests can cook up a storm then enjoy an al fresco meal under the shade of the pergola, whilst gazing out over spectacular ocean views.
Within the estate are carefully designed paths through olive trees and local vegetation, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the Cretan environment.
Ideal for families or groups of friends, Elounda One is part of a two-villa estate. Booked together with the eight-bedroom Villa Elounda Two, the Elounda Estate can host up to 32 guests in total. However, the villas are 180 m apart and surrounded by native vegetation, allowing for complete privacy if booked individually.
The Elounda Estate features a modern private playground between the two villas. The play equipment made from Finnish timber blends beautifully into the surroundings and there are ample shaded areas for those supervising little explorers. The playground is well hidden by trees and far enough away from the villas that guests without children won’t be disturbed.
Split over three floors, the interior of the villa is spacious and bright. The open-plan living and dining areas boast high ceilings, comfortable sofas by a fireplace, a modern dining table, and a study area. The fully-equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar, perfect for a morning coffee with a view, and also offers direct access to the terrace.
Downstairs, there is a fitness and games area featuring a well-equipped gym, a massage table for post-work out relaxation, and a table football set to keep all ages entertained.
The villa features six spacious bedrooms in the main house as well as two guest rooms with independent access, all with en-suite facilities.

Villas Elounda One and Two are just 3 km from the picturesque former fishing village of Elounda. The village features pretty beaches where visitors can relax and soak up the sun.
The town of Agios is 7 km away and offers excellent shopping opportunities, traditional taverns, quality restaurants, and a bustling nightlife.
