A beautiful converted farmhouse nestled amongst the vineyards and valleys of Bordeaux

Just minutes from the historic village of Saint-Émilion in Bordeaux, the exclusive luxury villa Maison Dubreuil is nestled amongst the Clos Dubreuil vineyard. Its hilltop location offers breathtaking views over the commune of Saint-Christophe-des-Bardes and the lush surrounding valleys, creating an idyllic setting for a luxury holiday, destination wedding, or corporate retreat.

Within the expansive grounds, guests can enjoy a heated swimming pool with a relaxing Jacuzzi corner. Outdoor tables at one end and sun loungers along each side provide the perfect spot to unwind and bask in the warm sunshine and fresh country air.

In front of the villa, a sunny terrace decked out with lounge seating and an outdoor dining table overlooks perfectly manicured lawns down to the pool area.

The estate is surrounded by 8.5 hectares of vineyards producing award-winning wines. The verdant vineyards provide the perfect setting for countryside picnics or tastings of the estate wines and other top tipples from the Bordeaux region.

Reclaimed wood and stone dominate the interiors, adding to the rustic charm of the converted French farmhouse. Carefully chosen artworks and soft furnishings create a warm and homely feel, while the amenities and comforts provided ensure no compromise on luxury.

With several unique living and dining spaces throughout the villa, there is plenty of room for socialising or relaxing in solitude, depending on the mood. Large windows allow light and air to flood the interiors while crackling fireplaces add warmth during the cooler months.

Along with a library bar and a games room with a pool table, the villa also boasts a fully equipped gym with beautiful wooden equipment and rustic decor. Moreover, the estate features a wine cellar and a wine bar, perfect for tours and tastings.

Six beautiful bedrooms accommodate up to 12 guests. Each bedroom has its own unique style and charm, and all feature en-suite facilities. The stunning master bedroom also boasts a walk-in wardrobe and a private balcony overlooking the vineyards and beyond.

    "The Villa Fe is beautiful and fully equipped with everything one could want for a week or more stay on the Tuscan coast. The on-site staff, Tatiana and her husband, were so charming and helpful with recommendations. They kept the property in tip top shape without being intrusive. We had eight people there (three couples and two singles) and no one had to share a bathroom. The view from the property is gorgeous and the pool is beautiful. During our seven day stay, we ate dinner at the villa four nights. It really was a bargain for the quality of the home, the amenities, service and location. It's two and a half hours from Florence, but not a bad drive for a day trip that was wonderful, but crowded, and then we got to retreat to the solitude of Villa Fe. I recommend it highly and hope that you enjoy staying there as much as we all did."
