A beautifully-renovated country residence in an eclectic luxurious style

Located in the charming region of Apulia just a short distance from Fasano, Pettolecchia La Residenza has one of the most intriguing interior designs in the whole area.

Dating back to the 1800s, the property was built as a country home by the family Noble Palmieri and has been lovingly renovated to ensure that guests can enjoy the ultimate luxury during their stay.

Immersed in eight hectares of olive groves and almond trees, guests at this impressive property will be spoiled with fresh vegetables from the organic garden prepared in the Apulian style. Besides being surrounded by nature and the countryside, the villa is a stone’s throw away from the sea.

Guests can while away the afternoons in the large swimming pool surrounded by a furnished sun terrace, or alternatively enjoy exclusive access to a private beach club at Pettolecchia Beach, only 1.6km away.

The villa spans two floors of elegantly furnished rooms in an eclectic style. Guests can gather in the large living area or taste hearty Apulian meals in the dining room whilst admiring the garden.

The sleeping area is composed of five beautifully appointed suites, which boast private entrances, vaulted ceilings, and antique furniture.

The property is ideal for guests willing to enjoy a quiet and rural holiday. Due to its extensive charming grounds, it also offers the perfect setting for organising private events or weddings.

Guests of Pettolecchia La Residenza and its sister property Pettolecchia La Piccola have complimentary access to the brand new Pettolecchia il Lido beach club with front-row sun beds. Located just 1.5 km from the masseria, it is the perfect venue for private events. The club offers both sandy and rocky beach areas, a bar, restaurant, a fitness and massage area, and private parking, to create one of the most exclusive beach clubs in the area.
